A public record of material rule reviews and methodology changes that affect PropCalc calculators. It is a review log, not a prediction service or tax advice.
We link each entry to the relevant primary source, identify the affected calculator and publish the review date. Entries are reviewed and published manually; no automatic alerts are active. Rules may change between reviews, so verify your transaction with the competent authority or adviser.
The consolidated UK acquisition calculator now distinguishes SDLT, LBTT and LTT, preserves the non-UK-resident SDLT scenario, and uses the current England and Northern Ireland first-time-buyer threshold of £500,000.
Official IMT and Stamp Duty sources, scope and review metadata were made visible in the relevant Portugal calculators and the national transaction guide.
The Spain sale-tax flow and national guide now explicitly separate the state-level gain calculation from the municipal land-value tax inputs.
The 1031 tools now point to IRS guidance and emphasise the identification, completion and potential boot checks that must be reviewed in a real exchange.
