How we record an update
We link each entry to the relevant primary source, identify the affected calculator and publish the review date. Entries are reviewed and published manually; no automatic alerts are active. Rules may change between reviews, so verify your transaction with the competent authority or adviser.

The consolidated UK acquisition calculator now distinguishes SDLT, LBTT and LTT, preserves the non-UK-resident SDLT scenario, and uses the current England and Northern Ireland first-time-buyer threshold of £500,000.
