The result, methodology, examples and sources promised by each calculator remain available without a subscription, account or contact form. Commercial collaboration must support that standard—not reduce it.
Work with PropCalc
PropCalc remains free to use. We collaborate selectively with organisations that can add practical value around a property decision while respecting editorial independence, local rules and the privacy of every visitor.
Collaboration formats
Clearly labelled educational sponsorship
Support a country-specific guide or practical resource only where the sponsor is relevant and the editorial content remains independent.
Co-branded calculator access for teams
Discuss a controlled, professional use of selected tools for agencies, developers, advisers or investor communities—without changing the free public experience.
Approved market-specific referrals
After due diligence and agreement, introduce a clearly disclosed pathway to an authorised provider when it is relevant to the selected market and decision.
How we assess a proposal
- 1Start with the market, audience and decision the service genuinely helps.
- 2Confirm authorisation, terms, data handling and the language that may be used.
- 3Publish only a clear, disclosed placement that preserves calculator completion and user choice.
Discuss a responsible collaboration
Please describe the organisation, country or countries, regulated activity where relevant, intended audience and the practical value for a PropCalc visitor. Do not include customer files, financial details or personal data in the first contact.
Contact PropCalcFrequently asked questions
Does PropCalc recommend a provider?
No. A calculator remains educational and its result is not a recommendation, credit decision, tax opinion or offer. Any commercial relationship is identified separately.
Can every partner appear in every country?
No. A collaboration is reviewed for the applicable market, language, service, authorisation and audience. A local offer is never shown as a universal option.
Will PropCalc pass on calculator inputs or contact data?
No. PropCalc does not use calculator inputs to create a lead. Any future request for contact must state the recipient and purpose and require its own explicit choice.
